Redeeming Grace Christian Church, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, is fully committed to prayerfully carrying out our Lord’s Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). This is accomplished by making Disciples of Christ through proclaiming the Gospel to every person in word, action and faith. Our goal is to continue to disciple and meet the needs of the believer. Our mission is comprised of three (3) main goals.
1. To evangelize the world starting in our local community, yet not limiting ourselves by cultural or geographical boundaries.
2. To educate individuals to the point of “Spiritual Maturity.”
3. To equip souls to go forward and continue the cycle of soul winning.
REDEEMING GRACE CHRISTIAN CHURCH VISION
While being directed by the Holy Spirit, we will achieve the commitments outlined in the Redeeming Grace Christian Church Mission Statement. The current goals for the ensuing five (5) years are:
1. We envision 2500 members who have committed themselves to Christian maturity by completing new members’ orientation class, having daily time with God, giving their tithes to God which consist of finances, time, talent, treasure and participating in a weekly Bible study, learning the principles and the promises of God.
2. We have a vision of a network of small groups within our church providing support, encouragement, and accountability to our members through prayer and fellowship as they seek to grow in a Christ-like manner.
3. We are striving to increase our Sunday school and midweek services to involve 800 adults, youth and children in our development ministries and fellowship.
4. We plan to build and maintain facilities which will serve the needs of this community:
- New building for worship on our Foster Road property
- After school program
- Children’s Learning Center
- Food Distribution Services
- Clothing Distribution Services
5. We envision an era of church planning which will produce at least three (3) mission churches.
The Vision Statement will be updated annually to provide for a continuous five-year growth plan of action.
